The senate committee on Foreign Affairs on Tuesday at the National Assembly held 3 hours close door meeting with chairman and management of National Haji Commission (NAHCON) led by Chairman prof.Abdulahi Salah Usman.
Addressing the press after the close door, the Former Governor of Kebbi State and Vice Chairman Senate committee on Foreign affairs and senator representing Kebbi Central,Senator Muhammad Adamu Alero representing the Chairman senator Muhammed Sani Bello said the meeting is the Strategic plan for successful 2025 excise.
According to him, the meeting is an interact session with the stakeholders to sure that we have hitched free Hajj exercise and the chairman has briefed us that they are ever ready to conduct Hajj successfully.
He says,has briefed us about the arrangement made so far and we are very satisfied with the arrangement and everything is on course to ensure that the 2025 Hajj is done without any problem whatsoever he said.
On the issue of logistic problem, Senator Alero said is exactly what was discussed and the challenges have been discussed exhaustively and he has assured us that they have made all necessary arrangements to ensure that no problem, no hitches whatsoever.
On crises between the Traveling Tall and the Hajj Commission in the 2024 Haji he says,,the intention of the committee is not to discuss about last year’s crises but to focus more and concern the present and we will ensure we all came on good outting in 2025 Hajj conducted without any problem.
