Reps adhoc Committee on procurement of ammunition for paramilitary and military goes into closed door session amidst altercation between Chief of Army Staff, Mr. Attahiru Ibrahim and Committee members.
Mr. Ibrahim earlier in his presentation directed the House Committee to invite past Army Chief of Staff whom he felt would be in a better position to give answers to their questions hence he was not in charge of the affairs. He also did not adopt the written presentation he made to the Committee.
Committee which was obviously infuriated that the Chief Army Staff, has refused to honor it invitation to on 3 occasions insisted that they were all working for the progress and unity of the country and therefore ought not to have been ignored.
