Hon. Yakubu Barde representing southern Kaduna in the National Assembly has cried for help as his constituency has been over run by the activities of bandit. hon. akubu stated why addressing the press crops in the house of representatives, according to him, Security agencies and the government has failed to provide security for it citizenry, the best thing is that everybody should be allowed to carry arms. He accused the security agencies of collaborating with bandit of kidnapping, as they have see it as a good business. further more, he told the press that for the past few months his constituency has been come a battle ground for kidnappers. this is connected with the recent kidnapping of over 150 students were some escape. he commended Kaduna state for not agree to negotiate with bandit as this will enhance more of their activities, he urged the government to sink for help from international community because the government is overwhelmed.
